I have a confession. I’ve never really liked jam… until I made my own!
Inspired by my favourite Tiptree conserve (the only one I ever liked), I grabbed some in-season Kentish strawberries, fired up the Thermomix, and did a little kitchen chemistry experiment.
The result? A deep, rich, perfectly sweet strawberry jam I actually love—and I even got brave enough to gift it to my first two customers!
